Damage and guarantee
If you receive a defective product, you can contact us within 24 hours. It is important to provide as much details as possible, including all pictures and videos, in which case please email sexpuppenetza@outlook.com. Then we can work hard to solve the problem. Therefore, you must check the doll from head to toe before using it upon receipt. This is very important.
If the product is damaged due to improper use, you are not entitled to a return or exchange. You must use common sense and take good care of the items to avoid damaging the product.

Cancellation of orders.
If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been made, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 6 hours. After 6 hours we charge a transaction fee of 20%, which is charged by PayPal or credit card. As soon as production has started, we will charge a cancellation fee of 85%, which is based on the individual requirements of each doll. Once the doll has started shipping, we will accept non-refundable returns.
